How to review PD Onboard answers and complete staff tasks in Blesta

PD Onboard turns the information needed after a Blesta order into a customer checklist. Use the staff view to identify what is missing and distinguish a supplied answer from work your team has actually checked.

Find the onboarding

  1. Open PD Modules → Onboarding → In progress.
  2. Choose In progress, Completed, Cancelled or Everything as appropriate.
  3. Find the customer and checklist, then choose Open.
  4. Review each step’s type, answer summary and status. For an uploaded file, use Download only when you need to review that file.

The list shows a limited recent set, so a missing older run is not proof it never existed. Keep the customer and run reference when comparing older work with the current list.

Mark work accurately

Choose Mark done only after the requirement is satisfied. This marks completion; it does not create the missing answer, upload or verification evidence. A staff-only task can be required even though the customer never sees it. The staff answer column is a summary and may be shortened; it is not a full export of every submitted value.

Use the step’s Reopen action when it needs attention. If the whole run is already complete, reopening a step alone does not change the run back to In progress. Use the whole-run Reopen action as well, then check the customer’s view.

Check the resulting state

Staff and customer totals can differ because staff tasks are hidden from the customer. Recheck the run state after marking the last required task. A staff-completed final step does not use the same completion-email path as a customer-submitted final step; do not promise a completion email from a staff action alone.
