Our infrastructure

Our servers run in a major cloud provider’s UK data centres: currently AWS’s London region (eu-west-2), where we are an AWS Partner. The region is made up of several separate data centre groups, which gives the platform resilience and room to grow without guessing capacity a year ahead.

No. Everything runs in our own account. You get cPanel for web and WordPress hosting, or root access for a Linux VPS.

Can I register a .uk domain with my hosting?

Yes. We are a Nominet Accredited Channel Partner, so we register and manage .uk, .co.uk and other UK domains directly, alongside 100+ other extensions. See domain registration.

Can you move my existing website?
