How to troubleshoot AI Assistant automation processing in Blesta

When an expected AI Assistant suggestion is missing, check the event, enabled rule and provider before running the queue again. A manual run can perform real provider work and can apply actions from Auto rules.

Review the basic conditions

  1. Open PD Modules → PD AI Assistant → Settings → Advanced → Automations.
  2. Confirm the intended rule is on and its When matches the supported event.
  3. Check its Mode and instruction.
  4. Confirm the selected provider is ready and review any normal job or provider error.
  5. For ticket work, check that Ticket AI mode is not Off.

An event without a matching rule can be consumed without a suggestion. Creating a rule later does not promise to replay every historical ticket or order. Multiple eligible rules can also produce more than one proposal for an event.

Understand Run now

Run now processes a batch of pending events. It is not a dry run of the form currently on screen or a test of just one selected rule. Current enabled rules and built-in Auto-draft behaviour can participate, and Auto rules may apply their actions.

Use it only when that queued work is intended. Read the result, then inspect existing proposals and the actual affected records. Do not repeatedly press it to force a desired count.

Check a failure before retrying

When no provider is connected, events needing AI can remain waiting. Provider failures can be retried by normal processing, but retrying is bounded; an event that repeatedly fails can eventually be given up. A failure may also occur after another rule has already produced a suggestion.

Review the current proposal list and actual ticket or note before asking processing to run again. No success message is not proof that nothing was produced, and a missing proposal in a recent view is not a complete event-history audit.

Retain the original event evidence

For an unresolved event, record the trigger, approximate event time, rule name, mode and redacted error. Check the installation’s normal scheduled maintenance without changing system jobs merely to create a test.

The released panel does not provide a supported per-event Reset or Requeue button. Retain the exhausted or ambiguous event’s redacted observations rather than running internal repairs or creating real orders and tickets just to generate activity.
