How to publish a service status page in WHMCS with PD Uptime Pro
Offer visitors one place to check the services you choose to publish with PD Uptime & Status Pro. The public status page is separate from customers viewing their own linked service monitors in WHMCS.
Choose safe public entries first
Open PD Modules → Uptime → Monitors and review each intended entry’s label and target. Shared infrastructure can be suitable for a public page; an individual customer’s private service may not be. Check the label and recorded incident reasons because publication can disclose operational information.
Choose Publish only for the reviewed monitors. This flag is independent of the customer-service association and Pause state. Unlinking a customer or pausing a monitor does not remove it from the public page.
Enable and open the page
- Confirm Pro is active and open Settings.
- Review Status page heading and Days of history to show.
- Enable Publish a status page when ready and save.
- Open Status page, review its listed monitors and copy the displayed Address.
- Use Open the page and check the result as a signed-out visitor before sharing the address.
Use the address the panel supplies for this installation. A web-server rewrite is not required to use the supplied link. The heading falls back to the company name when left blank.
Review freshness and visibility
The page includes only explicitly published monitors and their relevant incident history. Check timestamps, pending or paused states and tier eligibility rather than reading the page as a guarantee of current availability. Its percentage uses recorded checks, and its daily bar displays up to 30 days even when a longer history window is selected. The recent public incident list is bounded.
To remove an entry, use Unpublish or Take off the page. To stop serving the page, turn off Publish a status page and verify it signed out. The generated status page is marked noindex; it is an operational information page rather than a search-engine content strategy.
