PD Care Reports for WHMCS: branded monthly service reports

PD Care Reports turns the work behind a hosting or care plan into a monthly report your customer can read. It combines your written summary with the measurements available in WHMCS.

What the workflow covers

Availability comes from PD Uptime & Status and website findings from PD Site Sentinel. Page-speed reporting needs its own PageSpeed Insights connection. Missing measurements are omitted rather than replaced with invented results.

Before you start

Install PD Modules for WHMCS first, connect the account that holds your licence, then install PD Care Reports from its Store. Allow the administrator role that needs to use it.

Set up your first workflow

  1. Open Care Reports → Settings and choose which services should receive reports. Review What goes in a report rather than enabling every section by habit.
  2. Add your branding and a short summary of the work carried out. Enable only the measurement sections for which you have data.
  3. Generate a report manually and read it before switching on automatic monthly sending. Check the customer email and client-area options separately.

Check the result

The report should identify the right service and reporting month, explain the work in plain language and show only available measurements. Preview the full report, including sections with no data.
