Turn a list of measurements into a useful customer update by adding your own monthly note in PD Care Reports. Describe the work actually completed on the service, its practical result and the next agreed action in plain language.

Open the correct draft

1. Open PD Modules → Care Reports → Reports and select the intended month.
2. Check the customer and Site before choosing Open and add your note.
3. Confirm that the report is Draft rather than Sent.
4. Write in Your note for this month, then press Save note.
5. Reopen or preview the report to check the saved text.

Keep the note within 4,000 characters and check the saved result. The standard opening paragraph in Settings is separate: it applies across reports and is not a substitute for a service-specific monthly summary.

Write something the customer can use

Start with the action, then explain its effect. For example: “We reviewed the contact form and removed outdated form rules. Next month we will review the remaining enquiry fields.” Use an example only when that work really happened; do not copy it into a report as invented evidence.

Mention an unresolved item when the customer needs to act, with a clear next step. Keep internal discussion, credentials and unnecessary personal information out of the note. A short accurate explanation is more useful than adding unsupported claims to make a quiet month look busy.

Review before sending

Use Preview the report to read the note alongside the measurements and reporting month. A note can give a report useful content even when an optional measurement section is absent, but it does not create a missing uptime, security or speed result.

After the report is marked Sent, the normal note editor no longer changes its saved monthly text. Add a later explanation through your normal customer-support process or the next report rather than deleting the original to rewrite its history.
