How to interpret Care Report measurements and missing sections in Blesta

Use PD Care Reports to explain measured service information without treating an omitted section as a clean result. The source and timing differ between sections, so read the report date and measurement context alongside each figure.

Check the enabled sources

Open PD Modules → Care Reports → What goes in a report and review the available sections. In Settings, choose only the sections for which you intend to include data. A configured switch or Available badge is not proof that a particular service has a usable measurement.

Read availability and security accurately

Uptime and interruptions uses recorded PD Uptime & Status checks attached to the service for the selected month. No checks means the section is omitted, rather than reported as 100%. The percentage is based on recorded samples; it is not continuous measurement of every second.

Associated port or certificate monitors can contribute checks as well as website monitors. Incident minutes are summed from the included incidents within the month; overlapping incidents across monitors need not represent distinct minutes of website unavailability.

Security checks uses the latest available PD Site Sentinel scan and open findings when the report is generated. It does not reconstruct a scan history for every day of the selected month. Review the displayed check date. An omitted or unreachable scan is not evidence that the site has no issues; a clean summary is limited to the findings included.

Read support, speed and renewal dates

Support can use statistics from the installed Support Manager plugin when the platform can read them. If that data is unavailable, the section is omitted. The setting or an Available badge alone does not prove a successful read. The summary is account-wide, not a separate count for each service.

Page speed and Core Web Vitals uses a mobile Lighthouse measurement collected at generation, not a monthly average of all visitors. Missing measurements are omitted.

Domain and certificate expiry uses available renewal and expiry dates at generation. A displayed date is a reminder, not proof that an automatic renewal will succeed.

If a section is unexpectedly absent, check its switch, associated service data, required module or API key and the selected month. Recheck a draft after correcting the source. Do not invent figures or overwrite a sent report to fill a gap.
