How customers open their Care Reports in Blesta
Help a customer find an existing PD Care Report without sending another copy unnecessarily. Reports marked Sent can appear in the Blesta client area, whether they were emailed or published by the automatic client-area-only workflow.
Find the client-area report
In the client area, open the Care Reports entry supplied by PD Modules, or use its My Tools list to reach the report page. The home-page Care Reports panel also links to the latest six reports when reports are available.
Open the intended month and check the service shown in the report itself. A customer with several services can have several reports with the same month label. The report page lists up to the latest 60 reports, rather than an unlimited archive or necessarily 60 months.
Understand the emailed link
The full sent-report link can be opened without signing in. Treat it as a private link and forward it only to an intended reader. The report is marked noindex, but that is not a substitute for keeping the link private.
An ordinary customer cannot use a draft preview as a published report. Staff review drafts in their administrator session; manual generation alone does not put a draft in the customer’s Sent list.
Check a missing or unavailable report
- Confirm the intended month, service and customer in the staff Reports list.
- Check whether it is Draft or Sent; Sent can also mean client-area publication without email.
- If it is still Draft, review its content and the intended send or automatic-publication workflow.
- Use the customer’s correct account for the client-area list, or the complete intended report link for the standalone view.
- For an older report absent from the recent list, check the original email and the intended month in the staff Reports list.
Deleting a report removes that stored view and can make an earlier link unavailable. It does not recall an email copy already delivered. Do not delete and recreate reports as a way to troubleshoot access, and do not put a customer’s complete report link in a public ticket or screenshot.
