How to brand Blesta Care Reports with your logo and colours
Make PD Care Reports recognisable as part of your hosting or care service with your name, logo, accent colour and opening words. Branding is configured centrally in Blesta; the monthly work note remains specific to each report.
Set the report identity
- Open PD Modules → Care Reports → Settings.
- Enter Name on the report, or leave it blank to use the platform company name.
- Enter a direct image URL in Logo, or leave it blank for a text name.
- Set Accent colour as a six-digit hexadecimal colour beginning with a hash.
- Add a concise Standard opening paragraph and Sign-off, then save.
Use an image suitable for the report background and confirm that intended readers can load it. A logo behind a staff login may not appear for an emailed report or a signed-out reader. Avoid putting private tokens into an image URL.
Keep common wording distinct from monthly work
The standard paragraph can explain what the report covers. The Sign-off can invite the customer to discuss the next action. Put specific completed work in Your note for this month on the individual draft, rather than changing the shared paragraph for one customer.
Preview a report and check the logo, contrast, long company name and the complete opening and closing text. Check an email rendering through your normal controlled review before relying on identical appearance in every mail client.
Understand what can change on an older report
Stored measurements and a sent report’s monthly note are protected from normal regeneration and note edits. Branding is read from the current settings when a report is displayed; changing the logo, name, opening paragraph or Sign-off can also change the appearance or shared wording of an older report.
Do not treat the sent-state protection as a frozen copy of every displayed word or image. Review the effect on older reports when rebranding, while preserving the original monthly content.
