PD Uptime & Status for Blesta: monitor hosting-service availability

PD Uptime & Status enrols hosting services into monitoring from Blesta, so your coverage can follow the services you provision. Staff can review incidents and receive recovery notifications.

What the workflow covers

Choose the products or packages to watch, how often checks run and how many failures count as an incident. A timeout and a confirmed incident are different stages in the monitoring workflow.

Before you start

Install PD Modules for Blesta first, connect the account that holds your licence, then install PD Uptime & Status from its Store. Allow the staff group that needs to use it.

Set up your first workflow

  1. Open Uptime → Settings and review Watch services automatically and Which products to watch. Keep the initial scope easy to check.
  2. Set the check interval, timeout and failed-check threshold. Configure the alert recipient and whether recovery notifications should be sent.
  3. Review a monitored service and its latest result. Check the normal Blesta cron if no scheduled checks are appearing.

Check the result

Confirm the right service is enrolled and the latest check has a timestamp. Review incidents and recoveries before relying on the alerts for day-to-day support.

If customers can see uptime, the service shows it under Notes & extras. Allow PD Modules under Plugins on the relevant package. Additional port and certificate monitoring, webhook alerts and the public status page are Pro features.
