PD Domain Radar for WHMCS: monitor domain changes and expiry
PD Domain Radar gives your team a watchlist for domain expiry, registry status and nameserver changes. It checks public registry information rather than relying only on the date stored in WHMCS.
What the workflow covers
Add domains you manage and other names you need to watch. The module records findings such as approaching expiry, a changed nameserver set or a disabled transfer lock, so staff can distinguish a new change from an existing issue.
Before you start
Install PD Modules for WHMCS first, connect the account that holds your licence, then install PD Domain Radar from its Store. Allow the administrator role that needs to use it.
Set up your first workflow
- Open Domain Radar → Portfolio and choose Scan now to synchronise eligible managed domains and check a batch. Add other domains on Watchlist where needed.
- Review expiry warning thresholds and the nameserver-change and transfer-lock checks in Settings.
- If you want to flag domains using other nameservers, check the nameserver settings before enabling that option. Review the first findings before enabling routine alerts.
Check the result
Choose a known domain and compare its registry dates and nameservers with what you expect. Not every domain is meant to use your DNS, so investigate a finding in context.
