How to build and check a PD Domain Radar portfolio in Blesta
PD Domain Radar brings eligible Blesta domains and manually watched domains into a staff portfolio. Start by checking coverage and the age of the information before treating a blank findings list as reassurance.
Run the first batch
- Open PD Modules → Domain Radar → Portfolio.
- Choose Scan now when you are ready to make public registry lookups for the portfolio.
- Read the returned checked-domain and new-finding counts.
- Review Checked, Expires, Nameservers and Transfer lock in the portfolio.
- Open Needs attention to review the resulting findings.
Scanning synchronises eligible platform domain records before checking a batch. It does not register, transfer or renew a domain. Domains not managed through your billing system belong on Watchlist instead.
Read the portfolio carefully
Search narrows the domain names in the displayed portfolio. The view is limited to a limited set of portfolio rows sorted by domain; search is not an unrestricted search through every stored domain. A missing row in a large portfolio needs a coverage check.
The displayed expiry can come from platform information until a registry result supplies an expiry, and old registry fields can remain after a failed lookup. The transfer-lock badge is not independent evidence of a successful current check. Compare the latest finding and checked time before relying on those fields.
Confirm coverage
A single scan is a batch, not a refresh of the whole portfolio. New or never-checked domains are considered first, then older checked domains. Use Report and the domain-level checked times to judge progress. If an expected managed domain is absent, review its platform state and domain configuration before adding a duplicate watch entry or assuming that no finding means no issue.
