Check R2 storage usage and operation counts in WHMCS
Use PD Cloudflare R2’s usage view to review a service’s stored data, object count and Class A/Class B operations. These figures come from Cloudflare analytics and are not an immediate count of every current object.
Read the latest sample
- Open the intended service’s Usage section.
- Check its latest collection time alongside storage bytes, object count and history.
- Review Class A and Class B operations separately from storage capacity.
- Compare the result with the service allowance and current access mode.
- Check Activity if collection failed or the sample remains old.
Class A includes write and listing operations; Class B includes reads and checks. Provider analytics can be delayed or sampled. The module’s operation samples are not a complete authoritative billing ledger, and a zero or unchanged value immediately after an upload does not prove the upload failed.
Use refresh with realistic expectations
If the service offers usage refresh, it asks the provider for another analytics reading. It does not perform a live walk of every object, and repeated requests can be rate limited. Confirm that the normal module jobs and WHMCS cron are running before treating repeated manual refreshes as a fix.
The host token needs the intended analytics permission as well as storage access. A passing bucket-list connection test does not prove analytics reads are allowed.
Separate allowance, access and billing
A quota percentage is not a direct native R2 storage cap. Review actual access state before diagnosing an upload refusal, especially after suspension or unsuspension. Do not promise that one quota setting always produces identical access behaviour across those operations.
Native WHMCS overage configuration and the host’s commercial storage plan need separate review. Measured usage alone is not proof that an invoice has been created. Compare sample times with the reported collection result; keep customer object listings and secrets private.
