Configure Cloudflare R2 quota and checkout options in WHMCS
Use PD Cloudflare R2’s configurable options to describe the storage a customer orders. The choices are Storage Quota, Max Buckets and Data Location; they do not grant the host connection additional Cloudflare permissions.
Generate and review the options
- Open PD Cloudflare R2 → Products and locate the intended product.
- Use Generate options for that product.
- Open System Settings → Products/Services → Configurable Options to inspect values and set prices.
- Confirm the group is assigned on the product’s Configurable Options tab.
- Review the actual order form, its defaults and the total before accepting orders.
The product tab assigns groups; the central Configurable Options screen edits their values and prices. Treat regeneration as a configuration change: record current values and prices first, then recheck them after generating. Do not assume existing pricing is preserved.
Keep defaults and choices consistent
Review Module Settings alongside the option group. A customer selection can override a default. Keep an unwanted option off the order form deliberately and check what the saved configuration sends; visibility alone is not a reason to assume an old selected value has disappeared.
Max Buckets includes the primary bucket, rather than granting that many additional buckets. A quota value describes the plan allowance; do not treat it as a native provider storage cap or promise that reaching it always blocks uploads. Review the service’s actual access mode separately.
Verify the first service
Compare the accepted selection with Clients & Storage, the actual bucket location and the client’s storage information. A new default does not migrate existing objects. Use the placement guide before changing locations and the usage guide before interpreting a quota reading as current provider consumption.
