Create a Cloudflare R2 storage product in WHMCS
Offer Cloudflare R2 storage through a WHMCS product with its own quota, bucket allowance and placement choices. Start with the host Cloudflare connection already saved.
Define the storage product
- Open System Settings → Products/Services → Products/Services and create a product.
- Choose the Other product type and the intended product group.
- On Module Settings, select PD Cloudflare R2 and the server group containing the intended account.
- Review the default quota, quota mode, maximum buckets, data location and client feature switches.
- Set Automatically setup the product to your intended policy, such as setup when the first payment is received.
- Save and review the order form before accepting orders.
Do not assume that creating the product enabled automatic setup. The Other type also avoids unrelated hosting-account fields on the order form.
Decide what customers choose
Use the module’s Products tab to generate the supported storage options, then review their values, prices and assignment using the configurable-options guide. Review data location before the first order; changing a billing default does not move an existing bucket.
Confirm the provisioned result
Creating a real service creates provider resources and usage. Use your controlled provisioning process after checking account and settings. Inspect Clients & Storage and Activity for the service’s bucket and provisioning result. A WHMCS service marked Active is not by itself proof that storage was created.
Check that the client receives service-specific connection details and the intended controls. Keep the host account token out of client notes. If storage is absent or pending, follow the troubleshooting guide before placing another order.
