Use automatic enrolment to build the watched list from active services. Confirm the actual Sites rows and scan times before relying on portfolio coverage.

Check the source and setting

1. Open PD Modules → Site Sentinel → Settings.
2. Review Watch hosted websites automatically and save the intended choice.
3. Confirm that the relevant hosting service is active and has the correct website hostname.
4. Open Sites and choose Scan now when you intend to start the next scan batch. This can also send alerts for fresh serious findings.
5. Check which sites were added, their Client, State and Scanned values.

The enrolment filter skips IP addresses and many subdomains or deeply nested provider hostnames. A hostname missing from this automatic list is not necessarily an invalid website. Add an intended public website manually when it does not fit that filter.

Verify the association

A hostname is represented once, even if several services use it. Existing rows are not automatically reassigned to a different client or service just because that hostname is reused. Check ownership when services move between accounts; do not expose a customer panel based only on a matching domain name.

Understand removal and list limits

Automatic reconciliation removes automatically enrolled sites that are no longer in its active source set, together with their findings. A manually added row is retained. Turning automatic enrolment off stops reconciliation; it does not pause existing rows.

The source lookup is bounded to 5,000 active services, and the Sites screen shows up to 2,000 rows. In a larger portfolio, omitted candidates and an incomplete source result can affect reconciliation. Preserve the existing site list and findings before a source change. Compare the active-service source and saved associations before running further reconciliation or recreating removed rows.
