PD Hosting Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Affiliate Program Agreement

PD Hosting and https://www.pdhosting.co.uk (the “PD Hosting Web Site“), are operated by Projektif Digital Ltd (“pdHosting“). This PD Hosting Affiliate Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of the PD Hosting Affiliate Program (the “PD Hosting Affiliate Program” or the “Services”) and represents the entire agreement between you and pdHosting. By using the PD Hosting Affiliate Program, you acknowledge you have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and with any new, different or additional terms and conditions hereto, including, but not limited to, PD Hosting’s Terms and Conditions of service, and PD Hosting’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at https://www.pdhosting.co.uk/legal/. The present Agreement has been last updated on August 15, 2021 and applies to all affiliates.

Registration to the pdHosting affiliate scheme constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Your continued participation in the program following any notifications of a change or new agreement via our site or email will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

Participation in the Affiliate Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must activate the PD Hosting Affiliate Program by filling the form on the Affiliate section of the PD Hosting website. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection.

We may reject your application if we determine, in good faith, that your web site is unsuitable for the PD Hosting Affiliate Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, if your site incorporates images or content that is in any way unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing or racially, ethnically of otherwise objectionable, such as sites that facilitate illegal activity or promote violence or promote or assist others in promoting copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights infringement (collectively “Content Restrictions”).

Advertising

When advertising our services, you should use only promotional materials provided and approved by PD Hosting. Approved materials are only those we provide in your Affiliate Area or the ones that a pdHosting representative approves in writing.

We insist that affiliates DO NOT bid for any PD Hosting or other industry related keywords via Google AdWords (and other similar advertisement networks), in order to promote your affiliate link or promotional code. Sales generated via Pay-Per-Click adverts (linking to PD Hosting) will not be recognized and the commissions will not relate with your account.

PD Hosting reserve the right to terminate an account, if an affiliate appears to be using any illegal and spam activity to promote affiliate links. PD Hosting will issue affiliates with three warnings before permanent termination from the affiliate scheme.

Your domain name(s), company name, logo, trademark, product(s), project(s), service(s) must NOT contain keywords and phrases containing the "PD Hosting" trademark or any other variations or misspellings confusingly similar to PD Hosting trademark, name, logo or domain name, without our prior approval.

Your domain name(s), company name, logo, trademark, your product(s), project(s), service(s) must NOT contain keywords and phrases that contain or are confusingly similar to third-party trademarks, names, logos or domain names, unless you have been duly authorized by the trademark owner.

PD Hosting shall have the sole right to decide if a promotional method you use is appropriate. The use of any advertising method that we consider inappropriate may result in warning, suspension or termination of your affiliate account and and cancellation of all outstanding commission payments due.

Tracking cookies

We track affiliate sales automatically by using cookies. The cookies are automatically placed in the browser of the user who clicks on the affiliate link in order to reach our website. Every cookie is stored for up to 90 days. If a previous affiliate’s cookie is already placed in the same user’s browser it will be overwritten with the new cookie. If cookies are deleted intentionally by the user, pdHosting does not hold responsibility for this action.

Commission

You will be paid commission for each new and unique customer, referred by you, that purchases a valid pdHosting product recognized by the affiliate scheme. If it is later determined that the customer is not a unique individual, we retain the right to withhold any payments to you resulting from that individual’s purchasing activity.

PD Hosting affiliate commission will not be paid to those who purchase a product for their own use or to those who pretend to order in the name of a friend or family member.

The sale was made as a result of your active referral efforts. We determine that if any of the following is true:

• At the time of order the customer has an active cookie indicating you as the last affiliate who referred them to our website, provided that the customer has not reached our website through a search engine with a search string not containing the PD Hosting name;
• You claim that you have referred a customer no later than 2 months from their order date, the customer does not object to that claim and we do not have information that attributes the sale to another advertising channel.
• The customer you refer has not used our services before and has not signed up for an affiliate account with us before.
• The customer completed their order processes without any assistance from you, including when you act on behalf of the customer.

Sales of hosting accounts that are cancelled by the customer or suspended by pdHosting for any reason do not qualify for an affiliate commission.

We retain the right to change the Commission structure and the method of calculation of the Commission at any time. Other Commission plans are not offered as standard but could be discussed with your Account Manager after review of the Partnership.

Commission rates

Commission rates may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of pdHosting.

Commission payments

Affiliate commissions are paid out via PayPal subject to a minimum balance of £50. Commission can be used as account credit to pay for future invoices.

Any commissions earned for valid sales will be paid out after a holding period of 30 days.

Commissions will not be paid on sales where products have been purchased for the affiliates own use.

We may suspend your commission payouts at any time and for any period, if we suspect fraudulent or other improper activity or a potential violation of this Agreement by you or any customer you refer.

Invoicing

We shall provide you with a statement of commissions due in you Affiliate Area.

Affiliate account termination

At any time you can cancel and terminate your affiliate account by contacting us through the Affiliate Area. PD Hosting will send you a confirmation that your account has been terminated, as requested.

PD Hosting reserve the right to revoke an affiliate scheme account at any time if we believe the pdHosting brand/assets have been misused or if affiliate activity does not comply with these conditions.
