Troubleshoot MinIO storage provisioning in Blesta
Investigate the original PD MinIO S3 operation before repeating an order or replacing credentials. A billing service record, bucket and verified customer connection are separate results.
Establish what actually ran
- Identify the intended service and selected module account.
- Inspect Clients & Storage and Activity.
- Record the original operation time and exact redacted error.
- Check whether the intended provisioning event called the module.
- Establish which bucket or credential already exists before retrying an uncertain action.
Review paid-pending service automation, the client-group permission and cron. For staff activation, confirm Use module was enabled.
Diagnose the failing API
The connection test reads administration server information and the S3 bucket list for every configured account. A passing result does not prove user/policy creation, object configuration, usage reads or every write permission.
Check the API endpoint rather than the Console web endpoint. Review host, explicit port and trusted TLS. For signature failures, have the responsible administrator compare credentials, proxy handling and server time. Do not bypass certificate checks or assign unrestricted permissions merely to silence an error.
A bucket can have been created before a later user, policy or verification step failed. Inspect its actual state instead of deleting an unrelated bucket or creating another paid order to investigate.
Keep customer access problems separate
Use the customer tool guide for issued credentials and signing settings, usage checks for delayed figures, and quota checks for upload pauses. None is a reason to purge retained data.
Retain the module, service, selected account, original action time and exact redacted error while your hosting team checks the failing stage. Use supported administrator controls rather than internal repairs.
Check the provisioning stage
Your hosting team should compare the original provisioning event, selected module account and Activity result with the bucket, service credential and usable access that actually exist. Distinguish the administration API from S3, inspect the precise failing stage and review platform activation settings separately from storage permissions. Your storage administrator should inspect a partial creation before another provisioning attempt; a passing read-only connection test is insufficient to establish that creation or policy attachment succeeded.
