Enable Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and USDT checkout in WHMCS

PD Crypto Pay offers cryptocurrency payment choices on invoices after the gateway, receiving wallets and coins are configured. Enable the currencies you intend to support rather than assuming every installed coin will be available on every invoice.

Match each coin to a receiving network

Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) and Ethereum (ETH) are different networks. A token such as USDT also needs the correct network and token configuration; its ticker alone does not identify where a customer should send it.

Open PD Crypto Pay → Wallets and confirm that you have a receiving wallet on each network you will offer. For Bitcoin or Litecoin, a watch-only receiving wallet does not need a private key in the billing system.

Enable the intended coins

  1. Open PD Modules → PD Crypto Pay → Coins & networks.
  2. Enable the coins you intend to accept and review their network, confirmation requirement and minimum amount.
  3. For USDT or another token, check the selected network and token identity, not just its display symbol.
  4. Check that the corresponding wallet is on that network and that Providers can observe the intended live or test chain.
  5. Review the current exchange-rate status in Price sources before enabling the customer-facing gateway.

Enable the gateway

  1. Open System Settings → Payment Gateways, or Configuration → Apps & Integrations → Payments.
  2. Find PD Crypto Pay and choose Activate.
  3. If activation appears not to respond, open Payment Gateways and complete WHMCS’s administrator-password confirmation.
  4. Review the gateway’s customer-facing name and saved configuration.

Check the customer invoice

Use an account and invoice you control to review the checkout. Confirm the available coin, network, amount and receiving address, and check the Dashboard’s TEST/LIVE mode before any payment. A very small invoice may not offer a coin whose minimum amount it cannot meet.

If the gateway is absent, review platform activation and currency assignment. If the gateway appears but a coin is missing, check its enabled state, network wallet, minimum amount, mode and rate availability. Do not change server permissions blindly when investigating an installation problem.

Check the checkout configuration

Compare gateway activation and currency assignment, the coin’s enabled state, receiving network, minimum amount, TEST/LIVE mode and Current prices. Check whether the invoice already has a crypto request with its original network before changing configuration.
