How to transfer a domain from Dreamhost to pdHosting?

This step-by-step tutorial will show you how to transfer a domain from Dreamhost to your pdHosting account.

Domain Transfer steps:

• Login into your Dreamhost control panel.
• Go to the Domains, click Registrations.
• Click the Yes link in the Locked column and confirm you want to unlock the domain.
• Go to Domains > Reg. Transfer.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page to see your domain registrations and instructions on how to obtain their Authorisation codes.
• Depending on your TLD type, you will either be able to reveal your EPP code or have it sent to the Registrant contact address.
• Place your domain transfer to pdHosting by visiting the PD Hosting Domain Transfer page. Enter your domain in the Domain Name field. Enter your EPP Code/Auth Code to Authorization Code field and hit the Add To Cart button. Follow and complete the checkout process.
• You will receive an email once the transfer has been initiated, to confirm the transfer.
• Click on the verification link provided within the email.

Now that you’ve initiated the transfer, it can take up to five business days to complete.
