  • Telephone Support Outside office hours (5pm- 9am GMT) you can leave a message which will be forwarded to the engineer on call within 10 mins. Tel 07092 019 448
  • Live Support This service will be available from 9am - 5pm (GMT) and may be availabe out side these times. This service is similar to AIM, MSN messenger & IRC but you will not need any additional software.
  • Ticket Support This is intended for none urgent enquires but still can be used at any time.

Many web hosting firms make promises about keeping their servers online with 100% uptime, 24 hrs a day 365 days of the year. In truth, no host can boast this. In reality, most web hosts can only guess at the uptime figures based on historical data. Servers need to be upgraded, rebooted now and again, plus there is always the problem of security and hackers which can also reduce your online time further. PDHosting Service Level Guarantee

At PD Hosting our Service Level Guarantee is calculated weekly. If the PD Hosting Network is unavailable for less than 98.1% in any calendar week (calculated from 00:01 Monday to 23:59 Sunday) a client (the Applicant) whose website does not meet these minimum standards is eligible for one day of credit to the Applicant's hosting plan for every hour service is unavailable toa maximum of the monthly cost of the hosting or server rental plan
