This feature is quite popular for people outside the uk where telephone support is expensive and often impractical where clients only have a single phone line.

You will be able to tell if the engineer is available by looking at the "current status" icon. If the engineer is not available, you can simply leave a message. If the engineer is available the icon will tell you Live Help is online.

To use the system, simply click the Live Help button and you will be connected directly with the engineer and can start talking right away. This feature does not require you to download any additional plug ins or programs, so nothing extra will need to be installed on your system.
